Endowed Scholarships - Overview

Student support is the No. 1 priority of the Victors for Michigan campaign, and establishing an endowed scholarship fund is an investment in such support for the long term. Scholarships can be awarded to students based on academic merit; special talents, interests, or qualities; financial need; or other criteria defined by you. You designate the purpose of your endowment, and earnings from that investment will grow over time to fund your philanthropic priorities forever.

Endowed scholarship funds can be created in conjunction with the University of Michigan Office of Financial Aid or through U-M schools, colleges, and departments. To learn more about how you can establish an endowed scholarship fund and help guarantee that a diverse group of the world’s brightest students will be able to study at Michigan, please contact Associate Director of Stewardship, Scholarship and Impact Reporting Jeannie Moody-Novak.
